Terms & Conditions
To ensure the smooth running of the salon, please read the following terms and conditions of booking services at Fresh Face Beauty:
DEPOSITS:
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from your final bill when you attend your appointment.
Appointment requests with less than 48hrs notice require full payment of the cost of those treatments upon booking.
Bookings between 15th December and 24th December will require 50% of the total cost of your treatments as an upfront, non-refundable deposit, again this will be deducted from your final bill.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48hrs in advance, your deposit can then be transferred to a new appointment or refunded. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice, the full service fee will apply.
LATE ARRIVAL / FAILURE TO ATTEND:
If you are running late please could you phone ahead to advise of possible arrival time and by agreement I will delay the appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to either cancel the appointment or offer an alternative, shorter treatment, however, in either circumstance the FULL service fee will apply.
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be invoiced for the FULL service fee.
NAIL APPOINTMENTS:
If you require nail art please ensure that you choose one of the options on the booking form, this will ensure enough time has been allocated for your appointment.
Nail fixes: should you have any issues with your nail coatings within the first 48hrs after application, please contact me to arrange a consultation and fix, this will be free of charge dependant on circumstances, fixes after 48hrs will be chargeable at £5 per nail.
EMERGENCIES: If I ever need to cancel due to an emergency or illness, I will either move your deposit to a new appointment or refund if a suitable alternative cannot be found.
AGE APPROPRIATE TREATMENTS & PATCH TESTS:
Please note that certain treatments are not available to under 16's/18's, details are on the booking page.
Under 16's must be accompanied to their appointment by an adult.
CHILDREN:
The salon is not a child friendly environment and therefore I would request whenever possible to attend your appointment alone. If however you are unable to get child care, please call ahead to discuss. The safety of your child is your responsibility and as such Fresh Face Beauty will not accept liability for any accidents, whilst your child is in the premises. Equally, should your child cause any damage to fixtures or products whilst in the premises, you will be liable for any costs.
